You Are:
As an Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Program Senior Manager you will be at the helm of overseeing and directing the implementation and management of Oracles Financials Cloud suite. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the ERP system aligns with the strategic goals of the organization optimizing financial processes and enhancing overall business performance. To excel in this role you should be wellversed in the intricacies of ERP systems particularly Oracle Financials Cloud and have a strong foundation in accounting principles. Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll modules within the Oracle ecosystem will be beneficial as these are often integrated with financial operations. A deep understanding of financial operations and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions will set you apart as a candidate. Your proactive approach to problemsolving combined with your ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments will be key to driving the program forward and achieving strategic objectives.
The Work:
- You will be expected to apply your expertise in Project Program & Portfolio Governance to establish a robust framework that ensures projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Your daytoday responsibilities will include coordinating with crossfunctional teams managing resources and steering the program through its lifecycle from planning to execution and closure.
- Your skill set should also include the ability to navigate complex project landscapes effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and drive continuous improvement within the program.
- Your success in this position will be bolstered by a track record of managing largescale ERP implementations preferably within a cloud/SaaS environment for minimum of 3 lifecycles.
Heres What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 10 years of industry experience
- Experience in leading financial system implementations particularly within the Oracle Cloud environment will demonstrate your capability to manage complex projects.
- Handson experience in endtoend financial processes from system configuration to user training and support.
- Minimum 8 years Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger solution experience with 3 full cycle implementation and configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and commercial ERP / Financial business processes.
- Additional working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules
- Public sector accounting experience
Bonus Points If:
- Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle ERP Cloud modules
- Knowledge of Accounting Hub Nice to have

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
