Job Description:
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN firewalls routers switches and wireless access points. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and security.
- Implement network policies and procedures to maintain operational effectiveness. Deploy and manage updates using WSUS (Windows Server Update Services).
- Use SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for centralized software distribution patch management and compliance enforcement.
- Configure and manage Intune for mobile device management and cloudbased endpoint administration.
- Automate the setup and configuration of laptops and desktops within the organization
- Install configure and maintain Windows servers and services such as Active Directory DNS DHCP etc.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor server health logs and capacity planning. Assess hardware and software needs for departments.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and assist in purchasing IT equipment like servers switches laptops firewalls and accessories.
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely installation and support of procured devices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems configurations network diagrams and procedures. Generate reports on system performance software compliance and procurement status.
Qualification and Experience:
- BSIT AND BSCS
- 24 years
- prior banking experience is mandatory
