Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Java developers and ensure highquality software delivery
- Develop and maintain Javabased applications and systems
- Design and implement scalable and efficient Java solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Java programming and related technologies
- Experience in developing Javabased applications and systems
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc.)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud computing
- Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Experience:
- At least 512 years of experience in Java development
- Java Spring Microservices lead
- Proven experience leading a team of Java developers
- Previous experience in delivering Javabased solutions for a large enterprise
DaytoDay Activities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop test and deploy Javabased applications and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive innovation and implement new technologies
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Advanced certifications in Java development (e.g. Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 11 Developer)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
