Amazons VASTech Regionalization team in Hyderabad India is expanding. Were seeking Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to build our nextgeneration platform that will power Amazons global regionalization initiatives. This role presents the opportunity to design develop and deploy distributed realtime systems while owning endtoend system architecture and implementation.
As an SDE at Amazon youll create solutions that impact hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. Youll be responsible for building scalable platforms that solve complex technical challenges with the autonomy to influence the direction of our technology. Were looking for candidates who demonstrate strong problemsolving abilities execute quickly and efficiently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Key job responsibilities
Design flexible and scalable solutions for Amazons largescale computing needs
Demonstrate expertise in objectoriented programming with knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Solve complex technical challenges while maintaining system performance
Implement highperformance computing solutions
Ensure system reliability across largescale deployment
3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
