AC Hotel Wrzburg features 168 rooms with timeless interior design 6 multifunctional conference rooms a restaurant/bar with a welcoming terrace and a wellequipped fitness center.
THE POSITION:
For our AC Hotel Wrzburg which opened in November 2021 we are looking for a highly motivated Front Desk Agent (m/f/d) with a strong personality and a handson mentality.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing a professional and warm welcome to our guests including checkin and checkout procedures
Serving as the goto contact for all guest requests questions and complaints
Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready on time
Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues and apprentices within the department
Remaining calm and confident when handling complaints and communicating clearly with our guests
Accurate cash handling and revenue posting
Providing guests with helpful information and directions about our hotel and the surrounding area
Managing the telephone system and forwarding inquiries to the appropriate departments
Professionally accepting and processing room reservations
Job requirements
WHAT YOU BRING:
A positive personality
Completed training in the hospitality industry and initial experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of OPERA and MS Office is a plus
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Openness commitment and team spirit
Enjoyment in working with people
A strong guestoriented mindset
Excellent spoken and written German and English skills
