Job Description
Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Procurement Agent to support the Casting and Forging/Raw Material team in Hazelwood MO!
Position Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and management of supply and demand schedules supplier quality delivery and financial performance
- Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions
- Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements
- Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions
- Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
- Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1 year(s) of experience in Supply Chain Management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- 1 year(s) of experience in Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
- 1 years of experience drafting contracts
- 1 years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
- 2 years of experience with managing vendors and contracts and/or working with supply chain process or systems
- Experience with Boeing Systems

- Must be willing to travel up to 5% of the time as needed
