Minimum Qualifications
Completion of some college coursework One (1) year experience in higher education in offices like financial aid admissions or other student services areas. Dedication to providing excellent customer service to St. Catherine University community Ability and desire to work with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds Proven ability to work as a team member exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of federal state and institutional financial aid policies and regulations Ability to think creatively and analytically to resolve complex problems Ability to analyze and interpret data and make independent decisions Keen attention to detail and accuracy; ability to follow thorough and resolve conflict Demonstrated proficiency with computer mainframe and software Ability to meet deadlines and process a high volume of work with great accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
