Supply Planner (Fixed Term)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Supply Planner to join our team on a 12month fixedterm contract. Reporting to the Supply Team Lead this role will focus on coordinating the supply of imported products from the United States ensuring smooth execution of shipment requests and managing the endtoend supply ordering process. The role requires close collaboration with the UKbased Production Planning team and Procurement to ensure timely availability of goods in line with business needs. The focus of the team will be to support our Advanced Materials divisions for the Europe Africa Middle East and India region.
We are looking for someone with excellent coordination and organizational skills who can strongly communicate with multiple stakeholders and propose creative solutions to problems.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Supply Planner you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating supplyrelated activities for products imported from the United States acting as the key contact point for managing inbound flows into the region.
- Initiating and requesting shipment activities in collaboration with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Creating and managing supply orders: defining required volumes requested delivery dates and other key order parameters to support business needs.
- Collaborating closely with the Production Planning team based in the UK to align on supply availability and lead times.
- Working crossfunctionally to ensure that order requirements are clearly communicated and processed further by the procurement team.
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate order data.
- Highlighting supply constraints and proactively identifying potential mitigation options.
- Supporting inventory optimization efforts.
- Ensuring that all supply planning activities are aligned with broader regional and global supply chain strategies.
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
- Education in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Business/ Engineering will be a strong advantage.
- Professional experience in supply and/or production planning with commercial and operational exposure.
- Fluent English is required
- APICS or SCOR experience and SC knowledge required.
- Expertise in inventory management.
- Knowledge and experience on S&OP or IBP processes will be a plus.
- SAP / ERP software process knowledge is beneficial.
