DescriptionSeeking a software Technical Business Analyst (BA) to join inflight eDDL Replacement project in which delivery is currently led by a solution partner. The project involves data centric architecture leveraging cloud services with data integration from sources including Fords CMMS3 (legacy mainframe) and SAP S4 (strategic Material Requirement Planning platform).
- Actively plan and participate in eDDL Replacement testing ensuring business capability is achieved with high quality.
- Engage with crossfunctional teams to become eDDL SME facilitate successful delivery and production migration amongst numerous give/gets dependencies and integrating apps/teams.
- Support training roll out hyper care and stabilization of eDDL Replacement.
- Position Ford to sustain and evolve the eDDL supplier collaboration capabilities beyond the current solution delivery partner engagement.
- Identify capabilities of supply chain collaboration platform (e2open) relevant for eDDL supplier collaboration and take action to realize those opportunities.
Responsibilities- Learn e2open supply chain platform and software configuration skills to actively participate in eDDL Replacement support and enhancements.
- Work across Material Planning & Logistics and Supply Chain functions to address eDDL business needs.
- Become SME on eDDL capability including Fords part master data launch part management plant inventory supplier promise part transit cum discrepancy challenges part packaging bulletin board communication and supplier alerts.
- Engage with the Product Owner and team to prioritize and define product strategy and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with external and internal technical peers (Product Managers Product Designers Software Engineers Architects and vendors) to design and validate technical approaches and designs.
- Contribute to maintaining a backlog and enable the team to go further with effective usage of Jira.
- Ensure robust up to date and aligned artifacts from requirements to solution design to testing/validation training and support.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science/Engineering or related field and a minimum 2 years of gathering and analyzing requirements and shaping IT solutions.
- Experience in at least one of the following domains: supply chain manufacturing product development purchasing.
- Ability to fuse technical skills (e.g. product platform configuration) with solid business solution understanding to support and shape product.
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with a curiosity towards new technologies and a strong desire to learn so that the team may benefit.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in working with cross functional global teams.
