Job Description
Job Summary:
Synechron is seeking a skilled Python Full Stack Developer to design develop and maintain robust web and mobile applications aligned with business needs. This role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable solutions adhering to best practices in SDLC and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will stay abreast of emerging technologies contribute to architectural best practices and ensure highquality deliverables that enhance user experience and organizational efficiency.
Software Requirements:
- Required:
- Proficiency in Python for backend development including frameworks such as Django Flask or FastAPI
- Strong frontend skills using JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React Angular or
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and project management tools such as JIRA Trello or Confluence
- Preferred:
- Experience with mobile app development or crossplatform frameworks (e.g. React Native Flutter)
- Knowledge of blockchain and IoT technologies is a plus
Overall Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop detailed technical specifications documentation and scalable code for new features and enhancements.
- Participate in architecture discussions implement best coding practices and conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Stay updated on newly emerging technologies and recommend their integration to improve system performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and postdeployment providing technical guidance to team members.
- Work with testing teams to ensure comprehensive testing performance and security of the software solutions.
Technical Skills (By Category):
- Programming Languages:
- Essential: Python JavaScript
- Preferred: TypeScript
- Databases/Data Management:
- Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB DynamoDB)
- Cloud Technologies:
- Handson experience deploying and managing applications on AWS Azure or GCP
- Frameworks and Libraries:
- Backend: Django Flask FastAPI
- Frontend: React Angular
- Development Tools and Methodologies:
- Agile Scrum CI/CD pipelines Git for version control JIRA for task management
- Security Protocols:
- Knowledge of secure coding authentication and API security best practices
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fullstack software development with a focus on Pythonbased solutions
- Proven experience developing scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and architectures
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile environments and participate in code reviews and team collaborations
- Prior experience working with crossfunctional teams managing project timelines and deliverables
DaytoDay Activities:
- Participate in daily standups sprint planning and design review meetings.
- Collaborate with teams to understand technical requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Write test review and deploy scalable and efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews identify improvements and mentor junior developers.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues during development and production.
- Research and recommend new technologies or best practices to improve current solutions.
- Document technical designs and processes for future reference and team onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Python Cloud or Full Stack development (e.g. AWS Certified Developer Certified Scrum Developer) preferred.
