Job Description
Role: Sr. Salesforce Communication Cloud Developer
Mode: Remote
Job type: Full type
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized communication solutions on the Salesforce Communication Cloud platform.
- Implement and manage APIs for integrating various communication tools and services.
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions including Vlocity components such as OmniScript DataRaptor and Integration Procedures
- Test and troubleshoot communication solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure effective data management and processing for optimal communication strategies.
- Maintain documentation of development processes configurations and changes.
- Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for communication cloud applications.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and data privacy regulations.
- Analyze customer engagement metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams on communication strategies.
- Develop user interfaces and ensure they are userfriendly.
