Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement Javabased solutions for clients
- Ensure the quality reliability and performance of the solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Stay uptodate with the latest Java technologies and trends
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Mentor junior developers and guide them in their technical growth
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Java and the Java EE platform
- Handson experience with Spring framework Hibernate and Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with databases (Oracle MySQL etc.) and SQL
- Understanding of software architecture patterns and design patterns
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in Javabased solution development
- Track record of delivering highquality solutions in a fastpaced environment
- Proven experience with Java and the Java EE platform
- Experience with integrating with backend systems using REST APIs
DaytoDay Activities:
- Write clean maintainable and testable code
- Participate in daily standups and sprint planning meetings
- Test solutions on various platforms to ensure compatibility
- Address and fix bugs and performance issues in a timely manner
- Continuously improve the solution based on feedback from stakeholders
Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Relevant certifications in Java technologies (e.g. Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 11 Developer) are a plus
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good problemsolving and analytical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
- Passion for technology and staying uptodate with industry trends and developments.
