Job Description

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Finacle Core Banking product implementations customizations and integrations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding security unit testing and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance productivity and technical efficiency.
  • Research and benchmark technology against industry standards to ensure the adoption of bestinclass solutions.

Software Requirements:

  • Product experience in Finacle Core Banking product (Infosys/Edgeverve).
  • Working experience on Finacle 11 including requirements and product capability along with customization architecture.
  • Experience in handling Finacle interfacing requirements (Custom and Product APIs/Connect 24/Finacle Integrator).

Technical Skills:

  • Finacle Product Architecture:

    • Deep understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers.
    • Proficient in Finacle customization flow understanding (New custom menu Reports MRT & Jasper Batch job Product menu customization FI EODBOD process and debugging).
  • Database Management:

    • Expertise in Oracle (SQL PL/SQL Stored Procedures Triggers Functions) related to Finacle application.
    • Experience in best practices for database management.
  • Scripting and Reporting:

    • Experience in Finacle scripting Unix shell scripting and report designing.
    • Knowledge of Finacle Integrator and feasible enhancements.

Functional Skills:

  • Indepth knowledge of Finacle Core Banking functionalities.
  • Good understanding of banking domain and terminologies.
  • Finacle certification from Infosys is a plus.
  • Experience with Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM).
  • Proficient in Agile methodology.
  • Ability to ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design.
  • Ability to effectively research and benchmark technology against industry standards.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finacle Core Banking product.
  • Proven experience in direct interaction with clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical and application architecture and design.

DaytoDay Activities:

  • Engage in requirement gathering and feasibility analysis for Finacle product customization.
  • Develop and implement custom menus reports batch jobs and other customizations as per client requirements.
  • Handle Finacle interfacing requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct unit testing and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Finacle product.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Finacle certification from Infosys is an added advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong influencing skills to guide multiple teams on technical considerations.
  • Selfmotivated and selfstarter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction and presentation to senior and executive management.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
