You will deliver customer support and fulfilment with a portfolio of important B2B customers in the UK region to maintain established income whilst looking for new opportunities for sales. You will manage opportunities to enhance customer experience; whilst delivering Goals for the Association. You will report to the Lead Manager UK Employer Relations.
You Will:
Manage relationships with established UK Management Accounting employers being a partner and trusted advisor
Address customer orders and requests promptly and ensure that these are actioned working collaboratively with your team.
Evaluate account performance through reports and customer feedback; identify opportunities to increase revenue. identifying underperforming areas and taking corrective action.
Ensure accurate record keeping and database maintenance
Use a hybrid work schedule
You Have:
3 years of customer service experience with complex enterprises
Consultative sales experience including identification and delivery of solutions.
Experience working to deadlines and managing your own tactical activities.
