As a Enterprise Testing Manager within PNCs Enterprise Testing organization you will be based in Pittsburgh PA or Miamisburg OH.
Lead the overall planning execution and delivery of Transaction Testing for assigned Regulatory Filings. While not directly responsible for all filings the filings currently inscope for the team are the FRY 9C Call Report FRY 14M/Q FR 2052a FDIC 370 and SCCL. Other regulatory filings are expected to be added to scope in the future.
Trains junior staff and raises issues to senior team members.
Responsible for the development of direct reports. Create actionable development plans provide frequent and honest feedback and advocate for their growth.
Plan testing and reviews. Applying risk analysis principles determine the testing approach including focus objectives and rationale and update the scope as needed. Develop testing strategies including procedures and selection of samples sample size and rationale. Perform testing and reviews according to the testing plan. Evaluate controls and process identifying risks appropriately. Revise review programs as needed to accomplish objectives. Interface with external auditors and bank regulators as needed.
oSome responsibilities will require the ability to analyze large populations of data. SQL and an understanding of Data Lineage/ Database Structure is preferred.
Conduct and manage documentation of the review process. Prepare working papers ensure that documentation appropriately supports the testing conclusions and document process flows and describe major processes within the area being reviewed.
Analyze the results of testing and review activities. Analyze exceptions and make recommendations to enhance internal controls and/or increase the efficiency of operations. Ensure that testing is accurate complete and in accordance with standards and protocols. Communicate test/review results and issues/concerns to management at the LOB and/or enterprise level validating and recommending resolutions to issues.
Provide consulting services for clients on transaction testing issues. May assist clients in implementation of new / improved systems products / services and controls.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with 5 years of industryrelevant experience. At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
