Job Title: Sr Systems Analyst Mobile Expense Operations

Job Location: Remote

Position Summary:

The Enterprise Mobility Manager is tasked with leading all aspects of our global mobility program which encompasses the management of all mobilityrelated partners and vendors in addition to managing internal mobile device support personnel.

Key responsibilities include enhancing the colleagues experience throughout the mobile device lifecycle and ensuring that mobile device utilization costs and security measures align with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance of vendors and partners and maintain active communication with partners to ensure prompt implementation of corrective actions.
  • Develop and lead costsaving initiatives.
  • Coordinate and handle the global deployment and maintenance of mobile devices.
  • Lead the integration of mobile devices resulting from mergers and acquisitions.
  • Direct the deployment monitoring maintenance development upgrade and support of all mobile devices within the organization.
  • Collaborate with CIS Teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of mobile devices with the IT infrastructure.
  • Assess and recommend mobile device hardware and software solutions and maintain vendor contracts.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
  • Prepare detailed reports on mobile device usage performance and costs.
  • Manage mobile devices across multiple platforms ensuring secure data management and addressing any technical issues.
  • Align with the companys Global IT Policies & Procedures
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 10 years experience in a customerfacing mobility role at least 5 of which involved supervisory and/or leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence with a customercentric approach.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of influencing negotiating and achieving results with both team members and collaborators.
  • Acute attention to detail and good interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Strong business insight and a deep understanding of the innerworkings of the organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Thermo Fisher systems programs and processes.
  • Solid understanding of mobile devices operating systems and mobile applications
  • Knowledge of mobile device management and security technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with a diverse group.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $1300000.00$194950.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
