In EMEA Sales youll be part of a collaborative diverse and dynamic team located across our European offices with great exposure to the companys initiatives and external/internal stakeholders.
In this role a typical day will look like:
Manage and grow relationships with key dealersin the region ensuring alignment with XRites sales objectives while carefully managing channel dynamics to avoid conflicts.
Provide technical and sales expertiseto support dealers and key accounts in selecting the right hardware/software solutions ensuring customer success and longterm adoption.
Act as atrusted advisorto both dealers and end customers demonstrating indepth knowledge of XRites colour management solutions and their impact on productivity cost reduction and sustainability.
Develop and execute strategickey account managementplans identifying growth opportunities and ensuring a strong presence in the market.
Support dealers in valuebased sellinghelping them position and promote XRite solutions effectivelywhile ensuring consistent messaging.
Engage incustomer visits directly or with dealers assisting with technical demonstrations training and solution presentations.
Monitor and mitigate potential channel conflicts working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration between direct sales efforts and dealerdriven business.
UtilizeSFDC (Salesforce)to track performance customer interactions and sales opportunities maintaining high data integrity.
Deliverregular funnel reviews and sales activity updates providing insights into market trends dealer performance and customer needs.
Act as theVoice of Sales providing feedback from the field to support product development market research and continuous improvement initiatives.
Represent XRite atdealer events industry trade shows and customer meetingsto strengthen brand presence and market penetration.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Willingness to travel up to 30%
High degree of motivation goaldriven selfstarter.
Advanced level of English and native Polish.
Comfortable in an international and fastpaced environment with a resultsdriven approach.
8 years of experience in the Packaging or Ink industry preferably in Color Management
Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers.
Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and work independently.
Proficiency in the use of PCs and software including CRM databases ().
Customers are your number one priority and you can always keep a positive attitude while helping them adopt more sustainable practices
