Job Description

As a valued member of our team you will play a key role in delivering stateoftheart Information Technology solutions for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). We are looking for qualified candidates who are ready to collaborate innovate and make an impact in a fastpaced forwardlooking environment where teamwork is at the heart of our success.
- Design and implement Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solutions using ServiceNow in alignment with defined technical specifications.
- Develop test and deploy ServiceNow modules utilizing best practices and outofthebox functionality.
- Support integration efforts between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems to enable seamless data exchange and automation.
- Perform operational support tasks including defect resolution backlog management and platform sustainment.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow functional analysts and enterprise architects to ensure effective platform implementation and maintenance.
- Coordinate software testing activities using the ServiceNow Test Administration Suite to validate new functionality and changes.
- Extend the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to incorporate capabilities from existing or legacy CMDB implementations.
- Deliver user support for ServiceNow applications including troubleshooting incident resolution and knowledge article creation.
- Develop ITSM solutions supporting business functions such as IT operations asset management cybersecurity and customer service.
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience designing and implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
- Development and integration experience with ServiceNow.
- Must hold at least one of the following certifications: CASP CE CCNP Security CISA CISSP (or Associate) GCED GCIH or CCSP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- US Citizenship is required due to US government contract requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance (interim required to start).
- Familiarity with NSWCPD programs or Naval Surface Warfare technical environments.
- Experience implementing ITSM solutions aligned with RMF and cybersecurity best practices particularly within federal or DoD environments.
- Proficiency in collaborating with crossfunctional teams including ServiceNow functional analysts enterprise architects and UX/UI designers within Agile development frameworks.
- ServiceNow certification(s)
- Active SECRET clearance.
- The annual base compensation range is$150000 $175000 commensurate with education certifications and experience.
- Other compensation may include discretionary bonuses referral rewards and spot awards.
