Are you passionate about revolutionizing the Insurance industry through cloud innovation Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking Solutions Architecture Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for major Insurers while building and developing a team of Solutions Architects.
Youll lead a highperforming team while driving cloud transformation across the Insurance vertical. Your role combines strategic leadership with handson technical guidance as you balance executive meetings team leadership and collaboration with specialist leaders solutions architects or service teams.

The position demands a blend of technical expertise leadership acumen and insurance industry knowledge. Your impact extends from reviewing complex technical designs and customer engagement strategies to developing your teams capabilities and driving innovation in the insurance sector. Key job responsibilities
Lead a team of solutions architects focused on insurancespecific solutions ensuring delivery of missioncritical platforms that meet strict regulatory requirements
Partner with leaders at insurance carriers to architect secure compliant cloud solutions for policy administration claims processing underwriting automation and risk modeling
Drive cloud adoption strategies addressing insurancespecific challenges including regulatory reporting actuarial computing and data protection requirements
Guide insurers through modernization of legacy systems while maintaining business continuity
Help your team and our customers innovate and influence AWS product roadmaps to enhance support for insurance workloads and compliance needs.

Our team of solutions architects brings deep expertise in both cloud technologies helping carriers transform everything from claims processing and underwriting automation to actuarial modeling and customer engagement platforms.

The team operates at the intersection of business and technology and were committed to pushing the boundaries of whats possible in insurance fostering innovation while ensuring compliance with complex regulatory requirements.

10 years of enterprise IT application work that includes at least 2 years of handson software development or DevOps engineering experience
2 years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure AWS GCP OCI etc. experience
8 years of technology solutions development and evangelising endtoend technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing experience
Bachelors degree
Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals ideally in customer facing roles

Experience architecting migrating transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $152100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
