Were looking for a compassionate organized and peoplefocused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Caregiver Mentor. This is a nonclinical parttime position supporting our home care team by conducting client assessments caregiver training and ensuring quality care for seniors in the community.

What Youll Do:
- Conduct inhome nonmedical client assessments and care plan updates
- Train caregivers on safe techniques like transfers gait belt use and hoyer lift operation
- Perform periodic quality assurance visits and caregiver skills assessments
- Assign additional trainings to caregivers as needed
- Serve as a trusted resource for nonclinical client care concerns
- Keep accurate records of assessments training sessions and evaluations
What Were Looking For:
- Active RN license in Florida
- Nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication teaching and mentoring skills
- Organized detailoriented and proactive
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and comfortable with technology
- Enjoys making a difference and supporting caregivers in their roles
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits (mileage reimbursement provided)
