Job Description
Job Overview & Responsibilities
Mythics is seeking a talented and certified Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft 365 administration and security alongside some familiarity with NIST 800171 CMMC and Salesforce. The successful candidate will manage maintain and secure our network and cloud infrastructure while ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Administer configure and support core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive and more.
- Network Management: Design implement and maintain network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls and VPNs ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.
- Ensure data security and compliance across Microsoft 365 and network services adhering to frameworks such as NIST 800171/CMMC and ISO 27001.
- Provide daytoday troubleshooting and support for network and Microsoft 365 environments identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Administer Salesforce integration and ensure that it aligns with network and security standards.
- Manage user access permissions and authentication policies across the network and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Assist in the implementation of CMMC and NIST 800171 standards ensuring that network cloud and enterprise systems are compliant with relevant security protocols.
- Participate in regular security audits risk assessments and vulnerability management processes to maintain security compliance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security measures such as firewalls encryption and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Support disaster recovery planning and backup strategies to maintain business continuity.
- Document network configurations policies and procedures for ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is required and/or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role with a focus on cloud services and security is required.
- Handson experience with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange SharePoint Teams and OneDrive is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Azure Active Directory and user management.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with NIST 800171/CMMC and ISO 27001 frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce administration integration or support is preferred.
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN and network security protocols.
- Understanding of cloud security principles and data protection.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce administration integration or troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automating tasks in Microsoft 365 and network management.
- Familiarity with backup solutions disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and security systems.
- Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) protocols and tools.
