Job Description
REPORTING TO
The Cleaning/Processing Manager
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Main tasks will include counting sorting and cleaning parts
- Processing and Cleaning part
- Work in a fastpaced environment with the ability to change tasks according to prioritized jobs
- work with sheet metal and operate machinery
- Work with supervisors to ensure priority jobs are scheduled.
- Meet daily with the managers on efficiency and fill out efficiency data reports.
- Update the GEMBA board daily.
- Allocate jobs and equipment based on production needs.
- Other job duties may be added as required.
- Lead dept employees and followup their work progress
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Warehouse environment where temperature ranges based on seasonal weather
- Regularly required to use hands to finger handle or feel pull and push with hands and arms reach overhead and talk or hear
- Frequently required to stand walk bend stoop climb or balance
- Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Occasionally required to sit
- Exposed to shop elements such as noise dust odors fumes etc.
