As we expand our vision we are developing a comprehensive Holistic Health Coaching App that will guide users toward balanced living through personalized coaching wellness tools and intelligent recommendations.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Web and Mobile App Developer proficient in building robust scalable applications using the latest Google tech stack (Flutter Firebase Android/iOS native development). This role includes both frontend and backend development responsibilities. Youll lead the design architecture and implementation of an intelligent health coaching platform that integrates realtime geotargeting social features dynamic content delivery and machine learning recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend development of a crossplatform (Android & iOS) mobile app from wireframes to deployment.
- Collaborate on UI/UX design and create a seamless userfriendly experience.
- Integrate core features such as:
- Geolocation services (Google Maps API)
- Personalized coaching modules
- Client onboarding and profiling
- Wellness resource recommendations based on health goals location and preferences
- Build and manage backend systems using cloud technologies (preferably Google Cloud / Firebase).
- Enable secure user authentication service provider logins and usergenerated reviews.
- Set up scalable APIs and connect to thirdparty platforms social media and external content feeds via REST APIs or intelligent web scraping as needed.
- Develop intelligent datadriven features such as:
- Recommender systems (based on usage patterns and preferences)
- Behavioral analytics and reporting dashboards
- Build with security scalability and performance in mind (compliance with data privacy best practices).
- Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in testing debugging and app store deployment (Google Play and App Store).
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Flutter as well as Web and mobile app development for Android and iOS.
- Proficiency in Google tech stack tools such as Flutter Dart Firebase and Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong experience with frontend UI development and thoughtful UX design.
- Expertise in REST APIs database integration and cloudbased architectures.
- Experience with AI/ML and building recommendation engines is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of data security best practices and implementing secure authentication.
- Experience working in Agile environments with fastpaced iteration cycles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
Preferred:
- Prior experience building health/wellness lifestyle or coaching apps.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or similar data privacy frameworks.
- Portfolio of live apps or GitHub repositories showcasing relevant projects.
