Were seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to join our Inhouse agency. He/she will help bring big ideas to life have innovative and modern skillsets and a fresh aesthetic that elevates the Equitable brand and drives engagement through original design solutions. You will be a selfstarter who thrives in a collaborative environment as you will be part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
The base salary range for this position is $71000 $95000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical location. In addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and shortterm incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches tools and techniques for promoting creative original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
Graphic Design: Knowledge of graphic design principles; ability to use effective graphic design principles to develop and publish organizational information.
Graphic Visualization: Knowledge of visualization tools and techniques; ability to create visual images of ideas concepts and physical objects to communicate abstract or concrete messages to a target audience.
Marketing Strategy and Positioning: Knowledge of market research segmentation and channels; ability to use business models to develop and implement marketing strategies objectives and tactics as well as establishing a communications plan.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan organize monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Search Engine Marketing(SEM): Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid advertising methods and technologies; ability to drive traffic promote products/services and grow business using SEM.
Social Media Marketing Management: Knowledge of social media; ability to develop and use social media strategies and tools to increase sales by strengthening brand identity visibility and reputation.
Web Design and Development: Knowledge of web design and development; ability to design and develop websites for marketing.
