Job Description
CDL Driver Residential Route
Location: Shreveport LA
Pay: $1821/hour (based on experience)
Were hiring a CDL Driver to run residential garbage routes right here in Shreveport. Youll be behind the wheel of a garbage truck play a key role in keeping our community clean while putting safety first. This isnt just a driving job. Its a chance to be a part of the community you live into show up every day work with pride and make a difference people see and appreciate.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Start time: 5:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m.
Around 4550 hours a week
10 hour days overtime available yearround
Pay & Benefits:
$1821/hour based on experience
Full benefits medical dental and vision
Paid vacation
401(k) with dollarfordollar match up to 5%
Weekly pay consistent overtime
Stable yearround work no seasonal layoffs here
What Youll Need:
A valid Class A or B CDL
At least 1 year of experience driving with your CDL
A focus on safety reliability and good customer service
A teamfirst attitude and pride in a job well done
