This isnt a passive intake role. This is a performancedriven peoplefirst position designed for someone who knows how to lead conversations connect with purpose and convert potential into impact.
YOUR MISSION:
Be the first trusted voice potential clients hear. Guide them from uncertainty to clarity. Help them see the value of partnering with our firmand walk beside them as they take that first lifechanging step.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Conduct powerful indepth consultations (inperson preferred phone/Zoom acceptable)
- Show genuine empathy while maintaining the ability to lead and close the conversation
- Sell the firms legal services by communicating value not just price
- Follow a proven consultative sales structure (with room to evolve and improve our systems)
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients with paid retainers
- Transition clients smoothly to the legal team postretention
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and past clients to fuel referrals and longterm trust
- Own your CRM pipeline dailytrack all PNCs progress referrals and conversions
- Participate in continued testing of sales scripts and client experience systems

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven success in consultative sales (legal experience is a plus not a requirement)
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Comfort working flexible hoursincluding occasional evenings/weekends if needed (remote flexibility provided)
- Strong followthrough on tasks and accountability for KPIs

COMPENSATION:
- Fulltime position
- Base salary plus performancebased bonuses
- Significant calendar autonomy with a supportive team structure
