Join our innovative Fashion Technology team at Amazon where youll transform the online shopping experience through AIpowered solutions that help millions of customers discover and shop for fashion items intuitively.
About the Team We are building the next generation of fashion retail technology focusing on making every inspiring image shoppable on Amazon stores. Our team develops MLpowered solutions that transform visual content into interactive shopping experiences helping customers discover products when traditional search methods fall short.
A Day in the Life Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and enhance our Shoppable Images feature working on both frontend and backend systems. Youll participate in technical design discussions write code and implement solutions that directly impact how customers discover and shop for fashion items.

Key job responsibilities
Design and develop scalable software solutions for both frontend and backend systems
Collaborate with product managers to implement customerfacing features
Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies
Contribute to technical architecture decisions and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with AngularJS or similar frontend frameworks
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications
Experience with cloud services and distributed computing
Understanding of ecommerce systems and customer experience optimization
3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Understanding of distributed systems and serviceoriented architecture.
Experience with web development technologies (JavaScript HTML CSS)
Bachelors Degree
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Masters degree or equivalent
Experience with AngularJS or similar frontend frameworks
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications
Experience with cloud services and distributed computing

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
