Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detailorientedAccountingAnalyst with proficiency in Italian Polish and English languages to join and expand our O2C (OrdertoCash) team at Conduent.
The duties will include:
- OTC invoicing
- Error management
- Perform cash allocation activites and factoring
- Perform account reconciliation
- Perform month end closing activities accurately and on time preparing accruals
- SLA assurance
- Communicate with internal customers business unit as required to ensure accurate resolution
- Comply with all AR policies and procedures
- Ability to research analyze and resolve daytoday operational issues
- Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
- Maintain an updated and approved process documentation
- Participate in knowledge transfer (absorbing knowledge preparing proper documentation)
We are looking for candidates with:
- 12 years of experience in OTC
- Professional level of Italian English and Polish language (at least B2)
- MS Office (Excel) skills
- Good analytical and multitasking skills
- Process Improvement / Innovation / Transformation experience
- High motivation proactiveness and flexibility
- Teamwork & communication skills
