Job Description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

As a (Senior) Engineer Product Transfer (m/f/d) you will oversee the seamless and timely transfer of products across multiple sites with a strong emphasis on effective communication and coordination between Strykers sites. This role focuses on the engineering activities required to move production lines and ensure smooth operational transitions.

What you will do:

  • Support suppliers and internal teams in executing equipment qualification process validation and developing documentation such as PFMEAs Control Plans MSAs and SOPs.

  • Act as project manager by coordinating crossfunctional teams to deliver on time and within budget maintaining regular communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines working closely with project team members to plan track and execute work items and dependencies.

  • Collaborate closely with R&D Sourcing Quality and Operations to ensure smooth project implementation and knowledge transfer.

  • Set priorities and drive urgency across teams using project management tools and methodologies.

  • Ensure all work complies with Strykers Quality Management System and external regulatory standards.

  • Foster a team culture of engagement collaboration and transparent communication.

What you will need:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Science or a related field.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment including handson understanding of process qualification process control and risk management.

  • This is also a great opportunity for talented graduates with appropriate experience in manufacturing.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously adapting to shifting business priorities and timelines.

  • Problemsolving skills in manufacturing/design technical issues.

  • Excellent English and German language skills enabling seamless collaboration with local and global stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • 2 years of manufacturing experience ideally in medical device or another highly regulated industry.

This position is initially limited until the end of October 2026.
