What will I be doing
- Reporting to the Vice President Program Management Office lead the development communication implementation and integration of I&IT strategic engagement plans to increase I&ITs satisfaction scores and enhance employee engagement in a variety of online platforms in alignment with I&IT priorities.
- Develop the framework and implementation plan for Fireside Chats I&IT Onboarding Go Tech Women and other divisional activities and events.
- Design implement and manage the I&IT new graduate program. Provide coaching and mentorship during rotational program and work alongside HR partners to align program objectives and key success metrics.
- Proactively identify development gaps across the I&IT team develop plans and execute programs in partnership with HR to address the gaps develop team members and develop measures of success.
- Define the program of investment in talent development and the roadmap of tools in key strategic technology areas.
- Support the change management and communication of the Project Delivery Framework to ensure understanding and adoption of new structure and ongoing governance.
- Provide advisory and consultation on change management methodology and outcomes to inform decisionmaking.
- Communicate change management milestones at the I&IT Leadership and Executive levels.
- Identify and lead the mitigation actions for risks associated with change and provide solutions on escalated issues.
- Oversee the implementation of change management solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and conducting necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands organizational changes and new responsibilities.
- Participate in people and capability projects by ensuring completion of project plans specifications and documentation; managing delivery according to project scope; ensuring efficient and ontime delivery of project tasks and milestones adjusting schedules when necessary; following proper escalation paths; and providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress coordinate actions and resolve conflicts to manage relationships.
- Prepare necessary material for Senior Management team presentations briefs etc.
- Partner with HR to improve the technical onboarding for new employees and continually evolve to ensure relevance.
What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need
- Completion of a degree in Business Communications or a related discipline or a combination of education training and experience deemed equivalent.
- Proven experience in strategic planning particularly in I&IT engagement communications and organizational development.
- Experience designing and executing internal communication strategies to support complex change and transformation and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated years of change management experience in design implementation and communication of significant organizational/transformational initiatives including minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams and demonstrated ability to mentor and develop others.
- Demonstrated years of experience in identification development and implementation of programs to address track and measure team capability gaps preferably in an IT department/organization.
- Knowledge of project management and related systems requirements and development methodologies
- Experience with leading change risk management and assessment initiatives to adapt to new or changing requirements and lead change throughout the organization.
