Job Description
Your Title: Process Manager
Job Location: (Toronto Area) Richmond Hill Ontario Canada
Our Department: Applanix ( Process Manager will collaborate directly with the Digital Enablement Team (DET). Youll leverage your knowledge of internal data architecture and processes to coordinate daily crossdepartmental user activities and engage stakeholders to support DETs requirement gathering.
What You Will Do:
Identify and gather stakeholder requirements to define & document new crossdepartment processes. Assist in the development and implementation of the process (process mapping system improvement training etc ) to optimize resource utilization and end user experience
Maintain Salesforce configurator CPQ & product data
List price assignment & update approvals
Product setup (volume pricing data classification active status etc)
Support enduser daytoday queries & monitor user adoption
User training and creating training material
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure internal processes impacting multiple departments are successfully completed.
New product release
Gather product manager technical requirements (part numbers pricing LOH GM etc.
Identify & document Navision SO asset tracking revenue recognition & shipping process
Setup Salesforce configurator CPQ
Coordinate approvals
End of life:
Gather product managers technical requirements.
Coordinate with production Customer support QA etc
Implement documentation and database updates (Nav & Salesforce)
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
Excellent relationshipbuilding skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Bachelors degree or professional qualification
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Proactive approach to platform enhancements
Commitment to implementing best practice solutions
Excellent problem resolution skills including influencing and negotiation skills
Outstanding analytical innovation and problemsolving skills
