Spectrolab Inc.Spectrolab Inc. a whollyowned subsidiary of The Boeing Company is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team in Sylmar CA.
We are considering candidates with mid to seniorlevels of experience; the selected candidate will report directly to the Vice President of Proposal Management and be responsible for successfully supporting our companys proposal generation process for business campaigns. They will assist with proposal input coordination status tracking metric reporting and process improvement implementation ensuring the proposal process is executing efficiently and with firstpass quality.
The selected candidate will be expected to learn Spectrolabs products and capabilities enabling them to grow their career at Spectrolab if desired into roles such as a Business Capture Team Lead or a Marketing & Business Development Specialist a Project Manager or more!
Position Responsibilities:
Analyze and Improve Processes: Analyze identify and implement improvements in proposal process
Gather Requirements and Communicate: Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders and share findings and recommendations
Manage Proposals: Plan schedule and manage proposals with crossfunctional teams
Monitor Performance & Analyze Data: Track process performance with key metrics and use data to support improvement initiatives
Document and Ensure Compliance: Create and maintain process documentation and ensure it meets standards regulations and best practices
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years experience managing processes and/or projects
3 years experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Project
Experience developing presentations for and presenting to leadership
Experience working with a variety of functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience working in a fastpaced customer servicerelated environment
Experience putting proposals / quotes together
Work Location:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
