Intake Specialist
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $7.00 USD per hour Bonuses
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Fluency Required: English (C1 or C2 & Spanish

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and clientfocused Intake Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will work closely with our legal team to gather necessary information assess case eligibility and assist clients in understanding the next steps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client intake calls and gather detailed information about their case.
- Screen potential clients and assess case eligibility.
- Document and organize client information accurately in our system.
- Provide potential clients with clear instructions on the intake process and next steps.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure timely followup on cases.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English (C1 or C2 level) and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in client intake or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus but not required.
