Job Description: Assessor/Trainer Electrical Installations

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality training and assessments to learners in Electrical Installations.
- Design and develop training programs and materials that align with industry standards.
- Evaluate and assess learner performance through practical demonstrations and written assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners ensuring they understand areas for improvement.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of electrical installation techniques and regulations.
- Support learners in their career development and educational goals.
- Conduct classroom and practical sessions in a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and share best practices.
- Engage with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and job placement opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or a related discipline.
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one). Examples include PTLLS CTLLS or equivalent.
- Current knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations in electrical installations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience:
- 13 years of experience as a trainer or assessor in the field of Electrical Installations.
- Experience working with learners of varying ages and abilities.
- Proven track record of successful training delivery and learner achievement.
- Industry experience in electrical installations is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from 29770 to 34600 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits may include:
