As we expand into new markets we re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative / Appointment Setter based in South Africa to help grow our client base and introduce prospective clients to the services we offer.
As a Sales Representative / Appointment Setter you ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients. You will be responsible for engaging leads qualifying their needs and scheduling consultations. You ll play a critical role in our client acquisition strategy and help deliver a worldclass brand experience from the first interaction.
Conduct outbound outreach via phone email SMS and social media to engage warm and cold leads.
Qualify leads through discovery calls and determine their suitability for our services.
Book appointments for consultations with senior sales or clinical staff using internal systems.
Log all activity and lead information accurately in our CRM (e.g. HubSpot).
Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest but haven t scheduled yet.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Stay uptodate on service offerings and promotions to represent the brand accurately and effectively.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach and appointments set.
Location: Must be based in South Africa with reliable internet and the ability to work remotely.
Experience: At least 2 years in a sales appointment setting or telesales role preferably in health beauty aesthetics or wellness industries.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; confident clear and personable phone presence.
TechSavvy: Comfortable using CRMs scheduling tools SMS/email platforms and digital communication tools.
Organized: Strong time management and multitasking abilities able to manage a high volume of conversations and followups.
SalesOriented: Targetdriven with a passion for helping people find the right services for their needs.
CustomerFocused: Genuinely enjoys engaging with people and delivering a hightouch professional experience.
