Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Student Counselor with 1 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students in making informed academic and career decisions provide support throughout the admission process and assist in their personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses career options admission processes and educational pathways.
- Provide accurate and uptodate information about institutions programs and eligibility requirements.
- Conduct oneonone sessions group counseling and followups with prospective students.
- Maintain and update student records and documentation.
- Assist students with application forms document collection and visa (if applicable).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding and admission experience.
- Participate in educational fairs seminars and promotional events as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Counseling Psychology Education or a related field.
- 1 2 years of experience in student counseling academic advising or admissions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
- Good organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work from the office (onsite role).
