Tasks
As the Commercial & Market Development Manager for CerviSense Science in the EU you will lead the gotomarket strategy and execution for our novel research platform focused on cervical stiffness quantification. You will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing the gotomarket plan for research centers and university hospitals across Europe.
- Defining customer segmentation pricing strategy and commercial positioning.
- Building an early customer pipeline qualifying leads and converting scientific interest into adoption.
- Creating and adapting commercial and technical materials (e.g. 1pagers demo decks datasheets).
- Coordinating product demonstrations scientific evaluations and pilot programs with clinical research groups.
- Supporting regulatory and clinical teams to align product messaging with ongoing evidence generation.
- Building and managing key partnerships with distributors KOLs and academic centers.
- Working closely with the CEO and technical team to refine product features based on early user feedback.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in B2B medical device commercialization preferably in womens health diagnostic platforms or research equipment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute gotomarket plans from scratch.
- Excellent skills in pricing strategy market segmentation and value proposition design.
- Strong scientific communication abilities; able to translate complex technology into clear research value.
- Experience working with clinical investigators research coordinators and hospital procurement teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus.
- Based in the European Union and available to travel for key events pilots and demos.
