Job Description
- Produce 3D models and design drawings for sitework grading and drainage.
- Prepare layouts and conceptual site designs.
- Review vendor drawings for compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare material takeoffs and assist with cost estimates.
- Utilize AutoCAD software; 3D modeling experience preferred.
- Apply knowledge of environmental regulations (Ga-EPD ADEM MDEQ Florida DEP).
- Build and maintain effective relationships with plant staff design engineers and vendors.
- Travel required up to 25% of the time.
- Sitework Designer 1: 0 5 years of related experience; technical degree preferred.
- Sitework Designer 2: 5 7 years of related experience; technical degree preferred; must live within 1 hour of The Energy Center.
