Job Description

Welcome to The Freelance Firm!

We are a national network of experienced highlevel freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote ondemand support for both shortterm and longterm legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand we are now interviewing for a qualified experienced and dedicated Georgia Probate and Family Law Litigation and Administration Attorney.

Remote work hours will vary but are expected to range from approximately 610 hours per week.

Attorney Requirements:

Licensed in good standing to practice law in GA
Located in Atlanta area

Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant practice areas

Familiar with all aspects of Probate and Family Law

Susbstantive research and drafting
Potential hearing/mediation coverage

Wellorganized and proven ability to meet deadlines

Selfstarter and able to work independently
