Summary:
Join a dedicated team committed to transforming the educational experience for students with unique learning needs. This position offers the opportunity to implement individualized strategies that foster both academic achievement and emotional wellbeing.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and execute IEPs tailored to each students goals
- Apply differentiated teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Track and report on student progress making datainformed adjustments
- Engage with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Establish a structured classroom environment conducive to learning
- Contribute to schoolwide initiatives and professional development activities
- Therapy Solutions for Kids
What You’ll Need:
- Valid Virginia Special Education teaching license (preferred)
- Experience in special education settings
- Proficiency in behavior management and instructional adaptation
- Collaborative approach to education and student support
- Bachelor’s degree
