About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems Inc. is seeking Diesel Technicians of all levels (CLevel BLevel and ALevel) to join our team. Whether youre just starting your career or have years of handson experience we offer the opportunity to develop your skills perform vital maintenance and repairs and contribute to the safety and efficiency of our fleet. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary based on experience and technician level and may include:
- Perform Repairs
- CLevel: Conduct preventative maintenance oil changes tire repairs and basic inspections.
- BLevel: Conduct clutch replacements suspension rebuilds aftertreatment maintenance and other midlevel repairs.
- ALevel: Execute advanced diagnostics major component rebuilds and complex electrical and engine repairs.
- Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve mechanical electrical and system issues.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Perform inspections and repairs in line with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Collaboration & Efficiency
- Work closely with the parts team and shop leadership to ensure timely and costeffective repairs.
- Professional Development
- Participate in OEM and inhouse training to continue building your skills and advance your technician level.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience:
- CLevel: 13 years of experience and willingness to train.
- BLevel: 45 years of experience.
- ALevel: 6 years of experience performing advanced diagnostics and repairs.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain highquality standards.
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving abilities appropriate to your level.
Growth Mindset:
- Willingness to learn and adapt as technology and regulations evolve.

2-10+ years of heavy diesel truck/trailer repair & maintenance experience Mastery of engine troubleshooting, overhauls, rebuilds Expertise across major systems - electrical, emissions, transmissions Preventative maintenance, engine, and electrical certifications Dedication to efficiency and hitting repair time targets Your own tools and eagerness to continually train Class A or B CDL preferredRequires a High School Diploma or GED. Requires 8-10 years experience in the field to include computer hardware, software, A/C heater, refrigeration, clutch systems, lighting systems, electrical accessories, charging and cranking systems, and engine repair diagnostics. Trimble experience or related industry software is a plus.
Education
Qualifications: Extensive experience in commercial vehicle maintenance and repair Advanced diagnostic abilities and technical knowledge of major component overhauls Strong leadership and team management skills Unwavering dedication to safety, quality, and continuous learning Comprehensive understanding of DOT rules and industry best practices
