Job Description
- This is a fulltime position with consistent optional overtime.
- On call 1 X a month dispatched from home local travel NO overnight

About the Role: Immediate opening for 2 Commercial HVAC Techs. This is a mid tier experienced HVAC tech position for commercial refrigeration with the ability to use BAS / control systems. Looking for a team player who can work individually in the field or on campus. Connected Community in a stable growing company This is a fulltime position with consistent optional overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial HVAC Service Tech to work with Installation & repair of Commercial Heating and Cooling systems
- Providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting problem solving diagnosing and replacement recommendations for refrigeration and heating systems
- Maintaining a service schedule and checking safety & limit controls.
- Read & Edit BAS alert codes troubleshoot and make repairs to alerted systems.
- Service Cooling Towers Heat Pumps Split systems chillers Data Centers Server Rooms and Rooftop Units refrigeration systems DDC Controls for mission critical HVAC Clients
Requirements
- 46 years of experience with Commercial Boiler and Chiller Systems
- Able to work independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot and maintain & repair various types of burners including Raypak Milwaukee Copper Finn Fireye Honeywell Autoflame Nexus and Cleaver Brooks.
- Will need to be skilled in high / low steam and hot water boilers that are not 90% efficient
- Chiller experience with scroll and screw air cooled chillers up to 500 tons. Technicians should have their own hand tools and a valid driver s license.
- Lift & move un to 75 lbs and work from heights
- Boiler Operator and refrigeration license preferred
