We re on the lookout for a Customer Service Associate / Front of House Concierge to be the friendly face that welcomes everyone into our South Tampa spa. You ll be the first point of contact for our dog clients and their parents helping them feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in. You ll play an important role in shaping the overall customer experience. From warmly greeting guests and answering questions to anticipating their needs and making sure everything runs smoothly during their visit your presence helps create a calm welcoming environment from start to finish.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Opening and closing the store including preparing for incoming clients
- Greeting clients upon arrival
- Managing client checkins and checkouts
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails and text messages in a timely manner
- Scheduling appointments using our online booking system
- Keeping client information records and files accurate and up to date
- Promoting and selling retail products based on client needs and preferences
- Maintaining a clear and thorough understanding of the services offered
- Educating clients about Custom Care Plans and encouraging signups to support business growth
- Ensuring customer service and cleanliness standards are consistently followed and maintained
- Reporting relevant information to the management team
- Assisting with general cleaning duties in the reception and retail areas to maintain a clean working environment
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and a naturally friendly polished demeanor
- A genuine love for animals and the people who love them
- Comfortable with technology and confident using online scheduling or booking systems
- Reliable punctual and detailoriented
