Job Description
We are looking for an experienced forwardthinking Principal to lead a wellestablished international school in Mongolia overseeing its Kindergarten Primary and Secondary divisions. This is a strategic leadership position suited to someone with a passion for IB education and a proven ability to drive school improvement foster academic excellence and lead a diverse international team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across all divisions of the school
Uphold and develop the school s mission vision and commitment to the IB philosophy
Inspire and lead a team of educators from diverse international backgrounds
Maintain high standards of academic achievement and student wellbeing
Foster strong relationships with staff students parents and the wider community
Ensure compliance with IB standards and support the school s ongoing accreditation process
Manage the school s resources operations and development initiatives effectively

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years leadership experience in an international school setting
Proven experience with the IB curriculum preferably both PYP and DP
A recognised teaching qualification and relevant leadership credentials
