Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Account Representative to join our team. In this role you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers assisting with account management order processing and resolving customer concerns. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and consistent service delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate records and ensuring all data is up to date
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Process orders track shipments and provide updates to clients
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Monitor account activity to identify and address any inconsistencies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm satisfaction
Provide reports and account summaries as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service account management or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset
