Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in planning coordinating and executing advertising campaigns across various media. This position requires strong project management skills a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work crossfunctionally with internal departments and external vendors.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the production and execution of advertising campaigns across print digital and traditional media.
Manage timelines budgets and vendor relationships to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaign alignment with client objectives.
Track and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations.
Assist in preparing proposals presentations and advertising materials for clients.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of campaign activities and expenses.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
