Job Description
Are you a motivated and curious student eager to gain handson experience in design process optimization and innovation Join our Design Excellence & Innovation Team within the Brand Department and contribute to datadriven creative strategies A/B testing and workflow optimization. This is a great opportunity to apply your design skills analyze performance data and support the development of impactful creative solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating analyzing and documenting A/B test variations and results.
- Support the setup monitoring and optimization of A/B testing workflows.
- Contribute to performance tracking by compiling reports and maintaining data visualizations.
- Translate test results into actionable design recommendations.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to optimize creatives based on insights.
- Help research and assess design tools and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to developing structured design testing strategies and reporting frameworks.
- Support the organization of design reviews and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications :
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive mindset with a strong interest in datadriven design and process optimization.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Figma).
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and interest in performancedriven design.
- Some exposure to performance metrics (e.g. CTR conversion rates) is a plus.
- Interest in learning data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Adobe Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills with the ability to streamline workflows and support process improvements.
