Job Description
The Relocation Steering Manager is responsible for:
- Managing tactical steering of Zooplus interwarehouse stock transfers (Relocations) including daytoday activities such as approving article proposals managing pallet backlog and planning transport between fulfilment centres.
- Analysing and reporting on Relocation KPIs conducting deepdives on painpoints and using available data sources and tools to evaluate and improve Relocation effectiveness.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of the Relocation process through identification and implementation of optimization opportunities contributing to crossdepartmental projects as needed.
- Acting as a communication interface between internal and external parties participating in operations meetings and highlevel progress reviews.
- Collaborating with internal tech teams to enhance system capabilities and automate key processes.
- Providing regular detailed reporting to relevant stakeholders and training/coaching colleagues to shape a highperformance culture within the department.
- Challenging the status quo and encouraging critical thinking to optimize sourcing and replenishment strategies for longterm strategic development of relocation processes and tools.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree with a quantitative focus and 7 years of experience in a project oriented and/or analytically focused role.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL and Power BI is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and present complex ideas.
- Strong team player with experience in crossfunctional environments; experience working with IT development teams desirable.
