Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Base Pay: $18.50 $20.50 per hour
Day Shift: 5:00 am 1:30 pm (Monday Friday)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Warehouse Associate 1 must be able to set up and operate designated machinery including but not limited to: banders pallet jacks forklifts. The Warehouse Associate 1 must gain thorough knowledge of Warehouse production techniques and have the ability to produce qualitybuilding parts.
- Knows and understands all safety rules and precautions necessary for working in and about a manufacturing environment
- Ability to setup and operate designated machinery and equipment
- Ability to operate computerized equipment and material handling equipment
- Perform routine preventive maintenance adjustments and lubrication on equipment and production tools as required to maintain proper operation
- Mark part number order number number of pieces on parts. Attach identification tags as required for customer to have the ability to locate correct parts
- Interpret technical data and select correct raw material or semifinished parts
- Maintains continuous improvement practices in work area
- May be assigned other projects and duties as designated by Team Leader
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED Previous experience a plus
- Good attitude
- Team oriented
- Dependable
- Energetic
- Flexible with either working day or night shifts and weekends if needed
- Read a tape
- Overhead crane and forklift experience a plus
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours 10 hours and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
