This position holds responsibility for supporting the successful delivery of all technical and specialty core curricula. This position also holds responsibility for assisting with the assessment design and evaluation of all core curricula. Workforce Trainers may have expertise in memberfacing training compliance lending or other technical expertise.
This position will have a primary focus in Consumer Lending and/or Mortgage Lending training.
Essential Functions of a Workforce Trainer I:
- Under general supervision conducts inhouse training programs for staff such as training Labs and customized training courses using a variety of instructional materials participant materials job aids and software programs to facilitate job skills development in their specialty focus area. Responsible for the preparation of class materials and coordination of training classes.
- Assist in the design development implementation and evaluation of training programs to meet the training needs of the organization and Ent University curricula for a variety of modalities including but not limited to inperson virtual and asynchronous learning experiences.
- Monitors participants skills development in the classroom to ensure transfer of learning. Provides feedback on the participants progress to the participant and his/her supervisor.

Maintain liaison with all departments and key managers of the credit union to ensure the accuracy currency and consistency of all training materials. Monitor industry developments and trends to ensure effective utilization of learning practices.
- Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications :
Minimum Formal Qualifications:
Workforce Trainer I:
- Associates Degree in Education Communications Finance Accounting Financial Planning Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years formal training and development teaching experience in either a school or corporate environment to include:
- 1 years experience in a financial institution.
Workforce Trainer II:
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example a requirement of a bachelors degree in accounting and 2 years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a masters degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge and application of adult learning principles.
- Communication skills including written verbal and interpersonal are required with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- High comfort level with public speaking.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and diverse projects.
- Ability to develop professional presentations
- Demonstrated problemsolving ability and consistent logical and effective decisionmaking skills.
- Technical writing skills to include training manuals memoranda and proposals.
Certifications Required:
- Instructional Design Curriculum Development or other similar certifications. preferred

Additional Information :
The pay ranges for the following positions:
Workforce Trainer I: $25.58 $ 30.02 per hour (S13)
Workforce Trainer II: $29.28 $34.38 per hour (S14)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience specific skills and competencies education certifications and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
